James grew up in Southern Indiana and attended Purdue University before serving in the Marine Corps from 2003 to 2008. Following his military service, he spent seven years as a golf professional, honing his skills in leadership, patience, and customer service. Since 2021 he worked as a Realtor in South Florida, gaining firsthand experience in the home buying and selling process.
James transitioned to mortgage lending to provide an even greater level of guidance to clients, combining his insider knowledge of real estate with financing expertise. This experience allows him to anticipate challenges, streamline communication, and help clients make confident, well-informed decisions throughout the home financing journey.
